Yoga classes for Boomers Plus:
Gentle yoga classes designed to promote greater mobility, flexibility, vitality, relaxation and overall health for people 55 and older. Please contact me for more info.

Health Through Yoga & Exercise:
Ongoing classes at retirement communities and senior centers, integrating yoga stretches, mobility exercises, strength training, breathing exercises, relaxation practices, and mindfulness into a very comprehensive and enjoyable one hour class. The benefits include: improving physical well being, renewing mental clarity and calm, improving vitality and fostering a sense of empowerment and self-acceptance.

Currently 12 weekly classes are offered at various retirement communities in the East Bay. The only class open to the general public is at the Walnut Creek Senior Club. For information and schedule please contact me for registration call the Senior Club at 925-943-5851
 

Meditation And Mindfulness workshops for senior communities or centers:
Through the practice of meditation and mindfulness and the understanding of their basic theory, students are guided to discover for themselves the substantial physical and mental-emotional benefits of these methods. This is a potent time for seniors to forge beyond the domain of doing and to invest in the realm of being.
